The accessories looks similar. Why do they have different prices? What's the difference? 
This is one of the most common questions we receive. Though the accessories at first glance looks similar, what factors for the price difference is the quality of their plating and the workmanship process they went through. 

Will you be having more stock for a certain design?
We cannot guarantee that a certain design will be restocked as we get different stocks per batch of shipment. We do get to restock some designs that are classic but not all the time.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • We won't accept returns for a change of heart or for sizing issues as sizing charts has been provided to ensure correct item is ordered. 
  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery, we offer a change of item. Shipping cost for the return and the shipment of the new item will be shouldered by the customer.
  • Timing: we have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day the item was received.
  • To be eligible for return, please email lift@galeriedor.ph with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the pictures on the day itself that the faulty or damaged item is received. If email is received after the day it was received from courier, the company has the right to refuse to exchange the item.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items and for the shipment of the new item.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange.
  • If the exchange is approved, then it will be processed and the new item will be shipped out after 3 business days.
