  • Located and ships to and from The Philippines.

Shipping times:

  • Orders ships within 3 business days and takes 2-4 business days to be delivered to you.
  • Shipping transit time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 

Shipping Courier and Cost:

Domestic: Orders are shipped through local delivery service or LBC Express.

    • Metro Manila: Php 85
    • Luzon: Php 145
    • Visayas and Mindanao: Php 145 

International : Orders are shipped through DHL Express. 

    • Flat shipping rates are calculated on checkout. 

 

Tracking :

  • Tracking information will be sent to your nominated phone number or email address. 

 

Incorrect or missing address information :

  • For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, your shipping fees and any other fees your package incurs from the return are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address. Therefore, please make sure to enter correct address and contact information.

 

Refuse of package or refusal to pay tax tariffs on imported goods :

  • For orders that are returned due to refuse of package or refusal to pay tax tariffs and duty on imported goods, your shipping fees and any other fees your package incurs from the return are non-refundable.

 

Lost package :

  • Courier at times has a standard liability clause but is not guaranteed. It only covers partial for the total amount of the order. It usually covers from package pickup to delivery. If package is lost after delivery, courier won’t cover the loss. If you require insurance, please inform us at hello@galeriedor.ph before purchasing.
