Shipping policy

Shipping destinations:

  • We currently ship locally in the Philippines.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping Cost:

  • Metro Manila: Php 85
  • Luzon: Php 145
  • Visayas and Mindanao: Php 145

Tracking :

  • Tracking information will be sent to your nominated phone number or email address. 

 Incorrect or missing address information :

  • For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, your shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address. Therefore, please make sure to enter correct address and contact information.
